Tipping is not generally expected in Colombia though it is always appreciated. In smaller cafes and restaurants, and for taxi journeys, it is good practice to round up to the nearest thousand pesos. In high-end restaurants, a 10-15% tip is expected, and this may be automatically added to your bill.
